Please read this agreement carefully. By downloading, installing, or using Bible Verses Meaning, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement.
Nexus Opportunity Holdings LLC ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Bible Verses Meaning mobile application ("App") on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You agree NOT to:
The App and all copies thereof are proprietary to Licensor and title to the App remains with Licensor. All rights in the App not specifically granted in this Agreement are reserved to Licensor.
This includes but is not limited to:
The App offers subscription-based access to premium features including unlimited Word Studies, Biblical Insights, and other content. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Apple ID account settings on your device after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The App may use third-party services for certain features. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Licensor is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
The Biblical Insights and Word Study features use artificial intelligence to generate content. This content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Important: AI-generated content is not a substitute for personal Bible study, prayer, or consultation with qualified spiritual leaders. The Licensor makes no claims regarding the theological accuracy or spiritual authority of AI-generated content. Users are encouraged to verify information and draw their own conclusions.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE OPERATION OF THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE APP WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies in your possession.
Licensor may also terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
This Agreement is between you and Nexus Opportunity Holdings LLC only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you. Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
